The Habashy Law Firm was founded in 2004. The firm
emphasized its strengths in litigation from the onset with a victory in a very
unique 'constructive fraud' case. In 2006, the firm began an extensive campaign
in defending the rights of homeowners who were improperly foreclosed upon (or
facing foreclosure). This led us into a unique arena of litigation and the firm
began working in conjunction with many large firms in bringing class action
suits against lenders, servicer's and developers for mortgage fraud and other
profiteering schemes. Through the tumultuous times of our country's
recession, our firm assisted 1000's of consumers in saving their home and
eliminating 100's million dollars in unfair debt.
